Study tour to distilleries in Scotland

In collaboration with Rare Wine, we conducted an exclusive study trip to Scotland, where the goal was to visit selected distilleries as part of the production of several documentaries about whiskey.

We were responsible for the overall planning and execution of the trip, arranging everything from flights, hotels, meals and transport for the crew, to planning detailed schedules and agendas for the week. We also handled direct coordination with the distilleries, including arranging interviews with key industry figures, and obtaining the necessary permits, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and approvals.

Our experience and dedication to detail and smooth follow-up before, during and after the trip ensured a professional and successful execution, and enabled the film crew to focus on capturing the essential stories behind Scotland's iconic whisky production.

Through RareWine Group, we recently completed a tour of Scotland aimed at co-branding and profiling various high-end whisky distilleries through the production of documentary films. Guri from Motel Agency played an instrumental role in the planning phase, managing everything from itinerary creation, flight and hotel bookings, to facilitating and mediating contact with stakeholders throughout the trip. Furthermore, Guri acted as a reliable point of contact, efficiently handling practical challenges such as program changes and flight cancellations. Guri's efforts allowed us to focus our energy on the purpose of the trip. This was not my first collaboration with Guri, and the experience was once again as expected/outstanding.
